Yes! If you happen to want something changed on your custom designed sneakers, please send your revisions to designs@skorshoes.com and we will send you a re-design within 2-3 days.
Our preferred file types are SVGs, PNGs or high-res JPEGS. Additionally, please do not include any metallic colors within the design (gold or silver). For more clarification, please refer to our custom design request form.
Please email designs@skorshoes.com with the subject line "I Haven't Received My Design – [Your Name]", and we will be sure to take care of it.
Within 3 days of your request submission, you will receive an email with a link to preview your custom shoes. Once you approve and order, your custom design sneakers will ship to you in 7-10 days.
Yes- all you have to do is click "Personalize It" to request additional customized elements to a pre-designed shoe.
We ship to the U.S. and internationally. Shipping is completely free in the U.S. and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Yes! All SKOR Shoes are machine-washable.
We only offer sizes 6-12 in both men's and women's.
We do not. However, the flexibility of the fabric makes our sneakers a great feet for wide feet, as well.
Our sneakers use a very flexible and comfortable upper material that conforms to the shape of your foot. Because of this unique design, it is not necessary that we carry half sizes. If you typically purchase shoes in ½ sizes, use this chart to find your recommended size.
